Sofus Husum

Sofus moved to Okanogan county, Washington, in 1896. He worked on ranches, drove a stage coach, worked as a deputy sheriff and court bailiff, farmed, lumbered, operated an orchard, and finally owned and operated the Husum Motel before retiring in 1953. He married Julia Arnold and they were the parents of two sons. Sofus died in Okanogan county, Washington in 1967, and is buried at the Concully (Washington) Cemetery.
